Psychotherapy Services

I provide psychotherapy services to individuals who are 18 years of age and older. I am licensed in Florida, South Carolina, and in New York (practicing virtually in South Carolina & New York).

My clinical interests and areas of experience include:

Treatment Modalities 

I have pursued extensive training and supervision in several forms of experiential dynamic psychotherapies. These perspectives are depth-oriented and explore how unconscious patterns, shaped by early attachment and relational experiences, continue to influence emotional life, relationships, and one’s sense of self. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, the work attends to meanings beneath the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The therapeutic relationship is central, offering a living context in which long-standing relational patterns, defenses, and emotional expectations can emerge and be thoughtfully examined. Through sustained reflection, emotional attunement, and dialogue, this process supports deeper self understanding, psychological integration, and enduring change.

Appointment Costs

Individual psychotherapy appointments cost $150 per clinical hour. I offer a limited sliding scale to clients who may benefit from therapy but are facing financial hardship. Appointment costs will be discussed at the time that you schedule your first appointment. Appointment fees are due at the time of your appointment. Day of cancellation fees are charged at the full appointment rate.

I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare insurances. Please contact your insurance provider prior to your first appointment to confirm your copayment for psychotherapy services.

SuperVision Services

I am credentialed to provide supervision to Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns seeking licensure in the state of Florida. I am passionate about teaching and would be happy to discuss working with you on your journey toward licensure.
